How we analyze your documents
Our AI reads your document and extracts every requirement with a clear, auditable method so you know where each finding comes from.
- Extraction: We identify each distinct requirement (clauses, "shall"/"must" statements) and quote the exact text from the document.
- Severity: Mandatory language ("shall", "must", "required") is marked High; optional ("may", "should") is Medium; nice-to-have is Low. We also store a short "why" for each (e.g. "Uses 'shall' in evaluation criteria").
- Citation check: We verify that each quoted requirement appears in the source text. If a quote can't be found verbatim, we flag it so you can double-check.
- Risk score: Higher score = higher risk (0–100). We add 5 points per high‑risk requirement, 2 per medium‑risk requirement, and 2 per mandatory requirement. Tenders with more than 6 high‑risk items receive an additional escalating penalty. 0–20 = Low risk, 21–50 = Medium, 51+ = High risk. We show a short summary of how many high‑ and medium‑risk items we found.
- Export with rationale: Exports (e.g. Excel) include the requirement text, severity, and the "why" so you can share an auditable trail with your team.
